FAQ

  • How will I know when my package reaches your US warehouse or when ready?
    You will receive a notification when your package(s) are ready and be prompted to pickup or schedule a convenient delivery; you can also login to your account and check the status of each order.
  • What items are restricted?
    You can visit the Jamaica Customs Agency website to review the restricted items.
  • How do I schedule a delivery?
    You can schedule a delivery by (a) following the link in the notification email sent to you or (b) log into your account and click “schedule for delivery” in which you’d be able to select your preferred payment option upon selecting your location.
  • What method of payments are accepted at delivery drop off?
    We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. If you select a location outside of Kingston and Portmore you are required to make payment via Bank transfer or Direct Deposit before your package/s are dropped off to a third-party delivery service. Eg. Knutsford, Zipmail etc.
  • How will I know my charges/balance?
    You will be notified via email or you can login to your account and view your balance.
  • Why was I charged Customs Duty?
    Packages exceeding $50usd are subject to customs duty fees and taxes.
